Further to the post dated 3 June, your BPARA Chair posted EWR Public Consultation response – June 2021 on behalf of COBRA – Consortium of Bletchley Residents Associations – which she represents on the Bletchley & Fenny Stratford Town Deal Board.
The response focuses on the proposals regarding the closure of Fenny Stratford Station and the Level Crossing – the latter would entail closure of Simpson Road to vehicles and pedestrians. Your BPARA Chair attends workshops regarding the future of Bletchley Station, organised by East West Rail (EWR), when stakeholders have the opportunity to comment on proposals, including an eastern entrance to the station. The EWR Bicester-Bletchley section is due to be open by the end of 2024.
