Redrow and Taylor Woodrow/Bellcross
Both developments – Redrow adjacent to MK College and Taylor Woodrow/ Bellcross are currently being built. When all the building work is completed, Milton Keynes Council can take steps to adopt the estates. We are told this can take up to six months.
Canteen Buildings, Wilton Avenue*
So far, no outcome of appeal to HM Inspectorate.
SE Corner of Bletchley Park *
No application submitted as yet.
Bungalow for children with learning difficulties, adjacent to car park of Parkside Medical Centre.
Approved by MKC despite concerns of patients and staff about narrowness of access road for large lorries. Site cleared, but work not started.
White Hart Public House
Application to build care home/ rehabilitation centre for 32 males with mental health problems was approved by MK council despite objections from WBC and hundreds of local residents.
SERCO Depot
MKC expect to move the depot to Wolverton towards the end of May, even though buildings not complete. Use of Sherwood Drive site will be proposed by Estates Department.
