The Guinness Partnership are seeking planning permission from MK Council to build 625 new homes. This will be on the west side of the A5 Watling Street just south of Kelly’s Kitchen roundabout. A little publicised exhibition at the Campanile hotel was attended by COBRA representatives and the attached presentation subsequently forwarded to COBRA committee members. We will keep BPARA members informed on how this proposal develops.
