IMPROVEMENT WORK – Bletchley Road/Newton Road Closure
As part of the East West Rail railway upgrade project, East/West Rail will be carrying out structure repairs under the central barrel of the bridge on Bletchley Road/Newton Road. For the protection and safety of the workforce, pedestrians and road users, these works are undertaken during a full footpath and road closure.
Works will start from Monday 15th February to Friday 26th March 2021.
Hours of work from Monday 7:30AM to Friday 6:00PM.
The footpath and road will remain closed outside of these times during the work. Throughout these works East/West Rail will provide a free shuttle bus service seven days a week, to operate hourly departures from both Newton Longville and Bletchley. Departing every hour from Newton Longville at half past the hour; then departing every hour from Bletchley bus station on the hour.
