Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) has released Annex A – Draft Brunel Centre Development Brief for the area that includes the Brunel Centre, the former Sainsbury’s supermarket and car park, plus the former Wilko site – all properties are owned by MKCC.
Public consultation will be for a 2 month period and BPARA will issue more information after it has studied the 48 page brief, and the Chair has attended the Town Deal Board meeting on 28 September.
MKCC has just announced that the consultation period starts today – 12 October. BPARA will publish a summary of the main points of this 40+ page Brief to facilitate members giving their comments on the proposals later today.
