The construction of redways to link the Lakes Estate, Newton Leys and Water Eaton Road with the Blue Lagoon was a project under the Bletchley & Fenny Stratford Town Deal. For those in West Bletchley, there is now an accessible route from Water Eaton Road to Drayton Road, and BPARA hopes that further links to the rail station and town centre will follow. The safety event is being organised by the emergency services.
