Have you had your say on Groundbreaking Bletchley & Fenny Stratford Town Deal? Consultation is open on two major Town Deal projects until 22 September:
1. Public Realm Improvement which covers Queensway and Aylesbury Street in Fenny Stratford – do not be put off by the current inconsiderate parking and lack of enforcement in Bletchley as these proposals will address this issue and make our area safer and more pleasant to visit.
2. Transport Hub which covers proposed changes to Saxon Street, including the downgrade to a single carriageway between the Brunel and Princes Way roundabouts. Please, please, please – do not be put off by the present state of Bletchley!
After lobbying by BPARA Chair and Town Deal Board member who represents all residents associations in Bletchley & Fenny, MKCC has finally come to our area and is actively engaging with residents – so do have your say!
Visit one of the pop-up sessions which have display boards to explain the proposals, and/or complete the survey. We do not want this to be the last time MKCC engages with us as there will be further consultations in the coming months to cover the Brunel/Sainsbury and Police/Fire Station sites once a developer(s) is/are appointed.
