As reported in BPARA’s April Newsletter, Bletchley Park Holdings (no connection with Bletchley Park) own these sites. The owners’ representatives have been speaking to those living close to both sites to discuss development options prior to their meeting with MKCC Planning.
Briefly, these options are:
• A refurbished G Block which could accommodate a hotel, offices, or educational establishment, but there are access constraints and lack of parking.
• The lack of parking might be addressed by converting the Old Canteen in Wilton Avenue into a two-storey carpark – BPARA has advised its opposition to BPH!
